How is HC Feng different :
The rust inhibitor oil and way lube oil from the machining equipment are the main reasons causing metalworking fluid deterioration.
They flow into coolant sumps or coolant tanks, cover on the surface of the metalworking fluid, and subsequently allow the anaerobic bacteria to grow and create foul odors.
General coolant oil separators or oil skimmers only roughly remove and separate the tramp oil. Though the tramp oil is treated, the smell from the coolant still exists and the coolant will soon decay again due to the growth of bacteria.
To overcome this problem, HC Feng includes an Ozone Device and the following features.
- Destroys existing bacteria, yeast or molds and removes the foul odor, thereby achieving true extension of coolant life.
