Our magnetic filters – used in lubricating oil and hydraulic fluid applications – can attract virtually all ferrous contamination, including ultra-fine ferrous particles.
They are commonly used to filter fine iron impurities entrained in powders, particles, liquids, and gaseous materials.
We ensure that our range of magnetic filters does not block, even in high-contamination applications and allow fluid to flow around a magnetic rod or core. The high-power neodymium magnets attract ferrous particles and remove them from machine coolant fluids, cutting fluids, oils and lubricants.
The contamination exposure to the magnet filter is maximized, ensuring extremely efficient collection rates WITHOUT interrupting or reducing the fluid flow delivery to the machine.
