India over the past decade has turned into an export oriented country with the quality and capacity of production exceeding other nations.
With growing technology and skilled labour force, the Indian economy is going past many of its competitors when it comes to exporting goods of the highest quality standard.
While exporting goods out of the country, the manufacturer has to be very careful on the finish of its products and account for the duration of delivery of goods to the customer in other countries. For the manufacturer to ensure that the product has the best finish and no rusting on its top layer, manufacturers dip the the component in rust preventive oil #rpo.
Dipping of the component will ensure that there is no mark on the component when it arrives the location of the customer. With oil suppliers such as Castrol and Mobil providing this oil across the country, manufacturers readily manufacturer tanks of different capacities in order dip these parts in the oil. However, with multiple components being dipped into the tank, the #oil over a period of time is bound to get contaminated and will eventually be counter productive leaving marks on the component.
One such case developed at our customers site where their 30KL tank had heavy generation of contamination on their RPO. The component being dipped is a long bar pipe which is bent and then grinded to achieve its finish. During the manufacturing and dipping process the customer had to throw away his oil every 6 months incurring heavy costs.
The solution we found was to install the KLEENOIL MFS 8 X SDU / 9788 oil filtration machine through depth cartridge which would remove carbon particles, moisture and also iron dust. This got the oil back to new levels and got down the TAN number of the oil.
Rust preventive oil is going to be a very critical player in the export-oriented goal of the Indian manufacturers and with its heavy use in the industry, one must ensure it is #kleen to provide the highest quality product and finish.
