Fluid transfer unit

The cleanliness of your industrial fluid is crucial to the trouble-free and cost-effective
operation of your system. Components are costly and need special consideration
when this fluid is selected and subsequently filtered. The ISO 4406 Code is a
recognized standard in the industry. Certain recommended cleanliness quantities are
necessary to realize the most efficient performance of your system.
The Kleenoil Fluid Transfer System helps transfer both Hydraulic and Gear Oil from one
tank to another with efficiency in a continuous process with filters to remove any
contaminations in the oils. As the oil passes through the cartridge minute carbon, wear
metals and dust are extracted from the oil by adhering to the surfaces of the filter.

OPERATING PROCEDURE

The Kleenoil Fluid Transfer System is a compact freestanding off-line fluid cleaning and
high flow transfer mobile rig capable of removing extremely fine dirt particles down to
under 10 microns. The Oil flow is dependent on viscosity, temperature, and degree of
contamination.

The System is designed to run unattended as safety equipment’s are installed:
a. Overload Relay Circuit with automatic Trip Reset

STARTING:

When using the system for the first time or when the pump has been standing idle for a
long period, the pump should be filled with liquid of the type to be cleaned. To do this,
pour the oil into the pre-filter inlet until it overflows. If the motor has cutout
automatically, pressing the red “OFF” button before switching on again must reset the
switchgear. Never run the pump dry.

COLD STARTING:

For oils with a high viscosity, the pressure switches that are fitted as protection on the
system may cut the motor on start-up. Each system is fitted with a pump bypass (Relief
Value), which should be opened to relieve the pressure until normal operating
temperatures are reached
