Registered in 2014, Roca Bathroom Products Pvt. Ltd. has made a name for itself in the list of top suppliers of Bathroom & Toilet Accessories/Fittings, Sanitaryware in India. The supplier company is in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan and is one of the leading sellers of listed products.

Problem

With Roca Bathroom Products Pvt. Ltd, there was an acute contamination of carbon & ferrous particles in the water glycol oil which was abrading the expensive machine pump in their Diecasting machines.
With Carborundum Universal Ltd, there was ferrous dust which was obstructing the fine finishing process of the ceramics.

Solution

High pressure Magnetic filters were fitted on individual machines along with hydraulic by-pass filters.
Subsequently, 14 more by-pass filters were fitted on individual press for 24X7 filtration. Oil was continuously cleaned as and when machine was in operation and no manual intervention was required.Same problem was in Roca Bathroom Products. Initially 1 no. Micron Filtration System® – model MFS1XHDU was procured at the plant in Neemrana. Results were excellent and subsequently their plant in Kancheepuram procured 2 machines in same application.
